I have been in the mortgage industry for 13 years and specialize in residentail lending.  Before I entered the mortgage industry I was in the Navy for 4 years and served on the U.S.S. Mount Hood AE-29. I  got out of the navy on a honorable discharge as a SM2(SW). I then went to work for my dad for a year and then started my own company, AT YOUR SERVICE auto detail. I started it with one empoyee (me) and in nine years I had 30 employees and three locations. It was a great learning experience and I consider it my college education. I sold the company in 1996 and it is still in business to this day. 

I have a lot of experience in many facets of life that makes me better qualified to understand your financing needs. I am very experienced with  VA and FHA loans, and I also know all about reading tax returns of the self-employed borrowers. Which suprisingly, some loan officer's really don't know how to do. Really... they don't.
